I offer individual coaching as a continuation of the work — a quiet, embodied space for deeper reflection, dialogue, and integration.

I do not provide answers or solutions. My role is to walk alongside you with presence, attention, and quiet guidance, allowing your own wisdom to unfold.
Structure
Individual coaching is typically offered as a series of sessions over several weeks, allowing continuity, depth and natural unfolding.
Sessions can be spaced weekly or bi-weekly, depending on what feels supportive.
Details about timing, frequency, and fees are shared by invitation, usually after completing a six-week Journaling Journey or an initial conversation.
A quiet continuation
This work is not for everyone, and it does not need to be.
