The Practice
Writing is a form of
inner translation
Thoughts become words. Words give rise to feeling. Feeling opens the door to insight. And insight — when we stay with it long enough — moves into the body, into life, into aligned action.
Across cultures and throughout history, people have turned to writing as a way to meet life more consciously. What was vague becomes tangible. What was hidden begins to shift. Journaling is simple — but it is not small.
How the Journey Works
Daily
Your own rhythm
Each week brings a gentle prompt — not as an assignment, but as a direction for attention. You journal in your own time, following your own natural rhythm.
Weekly Online
Shared reflection
Once a week the group meets online via video call. Not for discussion or advice — but to share reflections, listen deeply, and recognise ourselves in each other.
Six Weeks
Small groups
Four to six people. Small enough to be intimate, large enough to be enriching. Open to participants from New Zealand, the Netherlands, and anywhere in the world.

Who this is for
People who sense there is more
This journey resonates with people who feel a quiet call to reflect, reorient, and live more consciously. Who sense that there is a dimension to their experience that goes beyond what can be measured or explained — and who want to explore it, gently, in good company.
No prior experience with journaling or meditation is needed — only a willingness to be honest with yourself, follow your own rhythm, and be present with others.
My role
“I do not interpret your experience or offer solutions. I create and protect a container where reflection, listening, and shared humanity can unfold naturally.”
This is a practice we enter together — honouring presence, alignment, and the wisdom that arises when we learn to listen more deeply to ourselves.
